Issued by EXECUTIVE BRANCH AGENCIES - Department of Health and Human Services. Reference #DHHS26133. DHHS seeks qualified providers interested in providing time-limited peer support services to Persons and their families to help them remain in their home and community-based settings while waiting for Home and Community Based Services. DHHS26133 is an Invitation for Applications (IFA) that will result in qualified vendors receiving contracts.
ALL SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS are posted on the DHHS Purchasing site at: https://dhhs.utah.gov/dhhspurchasing/dhhs26133/. DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR RESPONSE IN U3P. Responses must be emailed to (on the official posting) per the instructions in the IFA Document.
