Issued by EXECUTIVE BRANCH AGENCIES - Department of Health and Human Services. Reference #DHHS90961. To provide Pre-Admission Screening Resident Review (“PASRR”) Level II evaluations for individuals seeking admission to, or residing in, Medicare or Medicaid certified NFs, and who are suspected of or diagnosed with SMI based on referrals from local NFs, hospitals, and other allied agencies or individuals.
DHHS90961 is an open-ended Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) that will result in an approved vendor list (AVL). ALL SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS are posted on the DHHS Purchasing site at:
