Issued by EXECUTIVE BRANCH AGENCIES - Department of Health and Human Services. Reference #DHHS91199. The Utah Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Aging and Adult Services (“DHHS”, “DAAS”) is issuing this Invitation for Applications (“IFA”) to seek qualified providers interested in providing emergency placement for short-term shelter to eligible Adult Protective Services (“APS”) clients.
