Title: Architectural & Engineering Services (RFQ #26-042), Urban Indian Center SL – New Mixed-Use Project with Multi-Family & Community Spaces, Salt Lake City, Utah.

Issued by: Housing Assistance Management Enterprise (HAME), an instrumentality of the Housing Authority of Salt Lake City (HASLC), in Partnership with the Urban Indian Center of Salt Lake (UICSL).

Purpose: HAME and UICSL are seeking qualifications from multidisciplinary architectural and engineering teams for the redevelopment of UICSL’s existing site at 120 W. 1300 S., Salt Lake City. The project is envisioned as a mixed-use campus incorporating approximately 55 to 85 affordable housing units, a multi-story community services building, and related community and outdoor spaces.
