The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: Brush removal by mowing and applying herbicide in one treatment using a wet blade mowing system on 235 acres of private land near Panguitch, Utah by April 15th, 2027 (but with a strong preference to complete the project before winter).
Mandatory Site Visit: A site visit will NOT be held prior to bidding. It is strongly recommended that each potential bidder inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Project Performance Time: October 1st, 2026 - April 15th, 2027, with a strong preference for the project to be completed before winter.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing through completion of the project. Project closes Oct 02, 2026 2:00 PM MDT.
