Issued by Division of Purchasing. Reference #NS27-117. **The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Pine Hollow Homeowner's Association / Horrocks Engineers.** Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS must be obtained electronically upon request by contacting Trisha Luke at Horrocks via phone: (on the official posting), or email: (on the official posting). Copies can be printed and made available upon request.

**Questions: All questions go to Chuck Richins (on the official posting), the questions cut off date is October 13, 2026 by 5:00 PM.**

**Submission: The Owner will receive Bids at the office of Horrocks located at 728 West 100 South #2, Heber, Utah until 3:00 PM local prevailing time on Thursday the 15th day of October, 2026.**

**Pre-bid Conference: A pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 AM local prevailing time on Tuesday the 13th day of October 2026, at the Well House of Pine Hollow Community located at: 40.147757, -111.014033 Pine Hollow Dr, Heber City, UT 84032.**
