The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide:services to provide up to 64 acres of hand thinning followed by hand pile construction of cut material to be piled in a manner to be burned later. work under this contract is located in Iron County northeast of Paragonah, Utah. Township 33 South, Range 7 West, Sections 30, 31, and 32. Latitude: 37.898788 Longitude: 112.686512
Mandatory Site Visit: NONE - A site visit will NOT be held prior to bidding. It is strongly recommended that each potential bidder inspect the site where services are to be performed and satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
It is strongly recommended that each potential bidder ensure that he/she has a complete understanding of the requirements of this project. Bidders are urged to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
