**Participation in this solicitation is limited to prequalified contractors only. Do NOT submit if you are not on the current Pre-approved/Pre-qualified Vendor list.**
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide lop and scatter services according to Attachment B.
Mandatory Site Visit: None
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Project Performance Time: CONTRACT TIME – October 1,2026 – November 30, 2027 Project Performance Time: 426 calendar days from the official Notice-to-Proceed (NTP) 1500 acres will need to be completed by 5/1/2027. No cutting will be completed during 5/1/2027-7/1/2027 due to migratory birds.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing through completion of the project. Project closes Oct 01, 2026 2:00 PM MDT.
