The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide aerial herbicide application according to Attachment B.
Mandatory Site Visit: None
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Term of Contract: Application must take place between September 29th - October 7th, 2026. Contractor will work closely with the Project Manager to schedule optimal flight times
Vendor must guarantee its pricing through completion of the project. Project closes Sep 28, 2026 2:00 PM MDT.
