Issued by Division of Purchasing. Reference #AS27-107. Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing Conducting Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Wildlife Resources
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide aerial seeding services according to Attachment B. Mandatory Site Visit: None
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest total cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Length of Contract: Seeding should start on or before September 24th, 2026 and should be completed by October 7th 2026. This will be for units #1 and #2 of the BLM portion. The Boobe Hole Mastication Portion unit #3 will need to be applied on or Before November 15th, 2026. This is due to other restrictions associated with private land.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing through term of the project. Project closes Sep 24, 2026 2:00 PM MDT.
