The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide:contracted company will survey 100% of total certified seed potato production by soil sampling, approximately 700 samples. Aerial GIS field maps of each section containing fields to be sampled will be provided to the contractor. Sample sites and records will be provided to UDAF by contractor. Contractor will provide all of their own sampling and safety equipment, UDAF will provide sample bags and labels. Sampling will take place after harvest and prior to wet winter like weather.
Mandatory Site Visit: NONE
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor. (The vendor that has the lowest overall cost for ALL 5-years combined may be awarded a contract.)
Length of Contract: Five years.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for the 5-year contract. Project closes Sep 30, 2026 2:00 PM MDT.
