**Questions: Questions must be submitted through U3P. The last day to submit questions is September 28, 2026 at 5:00 PM.**
**Submission: Separate sealed bids for the Facility Fencing Improvements will be received on the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P, formerly known as SciQuest) until 4:00 pm (local time) October 5, 2026.**
