This courtesy posting is provided as notice of the NASPO RFP for Emerging Technologies Consulting and Services in a solicitation lead by the State of of Oklahoma on. The RFP is available on Oklahoma's procurement system website using the following link: https://financials.ok.gov/psc/SOKLFP1DS/SUPPLIER/ERP/c/SCP_PUBLIC_MENU_FL.SCP_PUB_BID_CMP_FL.GBL?& or the Naspo ValuePoint website at: https://www.naspovaluepoint.org/solicitations/. The Solicitation number is RFP SW1045. The RFP is scheduled to close on 10/15/2026 at 3:00 PM Central Time. Vendors must monitor the Lead State's posting for any extensions or modifications in their eProcurement System.

Utah Vendors are encouraged to respond to the solicitation, even if they are only intending to provide the goods/services in the State of Utah. If the State of Utah enters into a Participating Addendum it will be for the benefit of all Utah public entities, nonprofit organizations, and agencies of the federal government, i.e. State of Utah departments, agencies, and institutions, political subdivisions (colleges, universities, school districts, special service districts, cities and counties, etc.), and, as applicable, nonprofit organizations, agencies of the federal government, or any other entity authorized by the laws of the State of Utah to participate in State Cooperative Contracts will be allowed to use this Contract. Project closes Oct 15, 2026 2:00 PM MDT.
