North Grove Park amenities and infrastructure construction

Electronic or Paper SEALED BIDs are requested by the City of Waxahachie to furnish all labor, material, and equipment, and perform all work required for the North Grove Park project. The project includes amenities such as trails, covered bench seating along trails, parking lot with signage and striping, pavilions, decomposed granite mixed use space, inclusive playground with poured in place surfacing, restroom enclosure, landscape, irrigation, drinking fountain, site furnishings, stone veneered seat wall, hardscape elements, water line extension, storm and drainage elements, site lighting and electrical improvements, and utility connections and improvements..
