Reference #RFB 2026-057. Department: Infrastructure Services. Description: Request for Bids – RFB 2026-057, Bagby Avenue Ramp Improvements. Sealed Bids will be accepted at the City of Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4th Street, Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M. Wednesday October 21, 2026. The City of Waco has issued this solicitation for the Baby Avenue Ramp Improvements. Primary construction and installation of handicap ramps, curb and gutter replacement, sidewalks, installation and or relocation of fire hydrants, irrigation along Bagby Avenue (from 4th to 12th) Street.
