Description: The University of Texas at Health Science Center Tyler (“Owner”) is soliciting statements of qualifications (“Qualifications”) from qualified Architectural and Engineering firms (Respondents) to establish multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity ("IDIQ") contracts for on-call professional architectural and engineering services, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Qualifications.
