Official description
The University of Houston System is soliciting statements of qualifications from interested firms to provide programming services for new construction projects, renovations projects, and other space analysis planning project services on an as-needed basis. Projects may include but are not limited to: classrooms, research laboratories, offices, student life spaces, site improvements, administration buildings and other typical projects found on the campus of a university. There will be a non-mandatory pre-submittal meeting held on 10/6/26 at 10 AM CT via Zoom. Prospective respondents must register in advance through the following link and are strongly encouraged to register at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of scheduled pre-submittal meeting: https://uh-edu-cougarnet.zoom.us/meeting/register/EL1Et5QlTfa4FYGsKs8DOg Respondents will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting after registering. University of Houston bid openings will be reviewed and completed solely through the JAGGAER Sourcing Event Portal.
