Solicitation #24-069. Issued by Facilities. TRWD is looking for a qualified vendor to complete the first phase of constructing a water quality laboratory building at the TRWD Richland Chambers complex. The project site will be located at 140 FM 416, Streetman, TX 75859. This phase will include a pre-engineered slab and a pre-engineered metal building. Electrical and plumbing phases to follow- projects 24-070 and 24-071.
