Tarrant Regional Water District (TRWD) recognizes the crucial role of its Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system in ensuring efficient pipeline operations. The existing system provides real-time monitoring, control, and data acquisition across the pipeline. To address challenges like technological obsolescence and cybersecurity threats, TRWD is seeking a qualified firm to develop a comprehensive SCADA System Master Plan. This plan, envisioned as a strategic guide, will systematically assess the current state of the SCADA system, identify future needs, and propose improvements for long-term reliability and optimization. The SCADA System Master Plan should align with TRWD's broader goals of operational efficiency, resilience, and sustainability.
