Solicitation #26-057. Issued by Environmental. TRWD is requesting proposals from qualified firms to assist in evaluating surface water rights amendments and acquisitions. The Consultant will provide technical support as needed to assess water availability through the TCEQ Water Availability Model (WAM) and provide all supporting documents summarizing modeling results and efforts. The consultant will provide assistance with any accounting plan modifications and provide all supporting documents.
