Solicitation #25-152. Issued by Purchasing. The District is seeking bids for the purchase and delivery of TXDOT Approved Flex Base Type II to our Ennis Pump Station Location. The District intends to award a Contract to the vendor that can meet all bid requirements and provide the highest aggregate amount of material for the budget available. The contractor shall include all fees/surcharges associated with hauling. The District has a not-to-exceed budget of $70,000 to spend. Proposals are to be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/trwd Proposals are due no later than 2:00 pm on Tuesday, August 12, 2025.
