The Tarrant Regional Water District (Owner) (TRWD) is requesting Letters of Interest (LOI) for contractors experienced in constructed wetlands, intake and booster pump stations, and large diameter water pipeline to collaborate in a constructability discussion related to several upcoming pipeline replacement projects as well as projects within the Marty Leonard Wetland (MLWL) Program.
