Solicitation #24-162. Issued by Infrastructure Engineering. The selected firm will travel to factories with TRWD staff, perform NDT on equipment or materials TRWD has purchased, provide immediate feedback on testing results to the factory staff present, assist with determining corrective action for material that has failed inspection, and summarize the work performed and results of each factory acceptance testing trip in a memorandum to TRWD staff.
