The Hangar 104 Demolition project includes the abatement and demolition of the existing Hangar 104 at Sugar Land Regional Airport (SGR). This metal building hangar includes approximately 10,000 square feet of hangar/shop space and an additional 2,000 square feet of attached office space. The demolition and removal is required to rehabilitate the Runway Safety Area.
