Solicitation #2025-RFP-199. Issued by Support Services > Facilities. Smith County Emergency Services District No. 2 (the “District”) is soliciting proposals for the purchase, delivery, and installation of modular housing units to serve as temporary living quarters for firefighters. The unit must be durable, well-ventilated, and functionally designed to accommodate four personnel occupying the structure 24/7. This is a rebid due to confusion with the bidders from the prior RFP. To clarify this, the RFP seeks to purchase modular housing units from a vendor. Each modular unit will be installed at a designated site within the District. Vendors must propose a turn-key solution including delivery, setup, leveling, tie-downs, and utility hookups.
