The City of Rosenberg (City) is seeking a Professional Acquisition Consulting Firm with prior Federal funded project experience to facilitate the acquisition of right-of-way and/or easements that could affect approximately 44 parcels for flood mitigation improvements. The project areas benefiting from these improvements are fully located within the city limits of Rosenberg. The consultant will prepare all documents and facilitate the process for successful acquisition through project completion with the city.
