Aeration basin cleaning and sludge removal

Solicitation #2026-18P. Issued by Utilities. The City of Rosenberg is seeking sealed proposals from qualified vendors for the above-mentioned project. The purpose of this project is to clean and remove accumulated liquid sludge, grit, and sediment from one of the two Aeration basins at Wastewater Treatment Plant 2 located at 3650 North Fairgrounds Road, Rosenberg, TX 77471. The work will include removal of remaining grit/sediment, and proper disposal in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. The Aeration basin must be fully cleaned and inspected to ensure it is ready for the next phase of repair. *Note: The transfer of the liquid sludge to the adjacent basin will be performed by City of Rosenberg personnel.
