Event Location: Seabourne Creek Nature Park - 3831 State Highway 36 South, Rosenberg, TX 77471 Delivery/Set-up Time: Friday, July 4, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. The proposed display is based on a budget not to exceed thirty-eight thousand five hundred dollars ($38,500.00).
