Evaluation factors other than price when combined are significantly more important than price." M. 03.01 Technical Criteria ( Accreditation status of the proposed contract facility(ies);) to 4. 1. Level of diversity of services proposed; 2. Driving distance and conditions to and from the community-based providers; 3. Enhancements to the basic contract requirements proposed by the offeror which will facilitate institution’s ability to conform to the BOP’s stated mission; 4. Accreditation status of the proposed contract facility(ies); Amendment 1- Fix clerical error on attachment 1. Updated Optometrist to 2d1. Attachment updated. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 15BCMS26R51700001 is issued as a Request for proposal (RFP) for Comprehensive Medical Services. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
