METC Enterprise Scantron Modernization

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO Parts 10 and 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This Sole Source Only Request for Quote (RFQ) is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (RFO) Part 12 Simplified Acquisition procedures. The Sole Source Justification is posted with this RFQ.
