THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, qualified interested vendors may submit a capability statement. Responses to this notice MUST submitted via emailed to (on the official posting) no later than September 03, 2026, at 01:00 PM CT. Interested vendors must be registered in SAM.gov for consideration. The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 17 will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. Only written responses will be considered.
