PROJECT TITLE: WSMR BRIDGE REPAIR RR7B0003 PROJECT LOCATION: WHITE SAND MISSILE RANGE, NM THIS PROJECT IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES. THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE IS 237310, WITH A SIZE STANDARD OF $45,000,000.00. THE MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION IS BETWEEN $500,000 AND $1,000,000. SALES TAX RATE FOR DONA ANA COUNTY, NEW MEXICO IS 6.4975% THE AWARDEE OF THIS CONTRACT WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A SUPERINTENDENT AT ALL TIMES WORK IS BEING PERFORMED ON THE PROJECT (SEE CLAUSE AT FAR 52.236-6). THE SUPERINTENDENT IS CONSIDERED A KEY POSITION. THIS POSITION SHALL NOT BE SUBCONTRACTED AND MUST WORK DIRECTLY FOR THE PRIME CONTRACTOR. ALL WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED SIMULTANEOUSLY.
