Solicitation number 15B0AT26Q10100001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for a composter, installation and training. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The NAICS for this requirement is 333248 with a small business size of 750 employees. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
