***Amendment 0001 posted, 17Sep2026. Offerors must complete and sign the SF30s and submit with quote to be considered for award.*** This is a Request for Quote for Medical Waste Disposal Management Services for the Texas Army National Guard. Pick up sites include four (4) Soldier Medical Readiness Centers, see Attachment 1 - PWS for locations. The period of performance is a 12-month base period with four (4) 12-month option periods. This service includes full-service professional medical biohazard, sharps, and pharmaceutical waste collection, transportation, and disposal. See addendum for FAR provision 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors for quote submission requirements. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted to (on the official posting) no later than September 14, 2026 at 1000 CDT. Late questions will not be accepted.
