Bidders are encouraged to attend the preproposal conference held in-person at the two project sites on Friday, October 2, 2026. The first location visited would be the Grauwyler Community Outreach Building from 1.30 pm to 2.30pm and the second site visited would be The Big Thicket Building from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm.
