Solicitation #2026-300. Issued by Medical Examiner. The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) No. 2026-300, Morgue Transport Services for the Collin County Medical Examiner’s Office, is to establish a firm, fixed-price agreement with a qualified funeral home or mortuary service provider. The selected contractor will be responsible for the pickup and transportation of decedents from various locations throughout Collin County to the Collin County Medical Examiner’s Office. The contract term will commence on December 30, 2026 and continue for a one (1) year period with three (3) additional one (1) year renewals. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder that meets all mandatory requirements outlined in the solicitation. Bids must be submitted no later than Thursday, October 15, 2026 at 2:00 pm.
