Description: It is the intent of the City of Brownsville, Texas, to establish a Master Service Agreement (MSA) for on-call professional engineering services agreements with qualified consulting firms to provide Traffic Engineering, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), and Transportation Planning Professional Services. The City is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from firms with demonstrated experience in the planning, analysis, design, permitting, implementation, and construction support of transportation infrastructure projects. Project closes Nov 04, 2026 3:00 PM CST.
