Reference #26-0277. Department: Parks & Recreation - Operations. Description: The intent of this solicitation is for Raleigh/St. Augustine, Bermuda, and Buffalo grass sod to be used to re-establish grass in parks, ball fields, medians, golf courses, and at various municipal buildings where the grass has died or where construction activities have occurred. The contract provides for vendor delivery to City sites and installation, or pick-up by City personnel at the vendor's location. The grass sod will be provided on an as-needed basis.
The City of Arlington strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. If submitting a paper bid, it must be submitted in a sealed envelope or package and labeled with the company name, solicitation number and title. Late bids will not be accepted.
The City of Arlington exclusively uses Euna Procurement for the notification and dissemination of all solicitations. The receipt of solicitations through any other means may result in your receipt of incomplete specifications and/or addendums which could ultimately render your bid/proposal non-compliant.
