In order to obtain access to these attachments, the Offeror shall download, complete, and submit a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) (Attachment #17 NDA for CUI Attachments) for each individual requiring access to the non-public documents. To ensure a streamlined process, the Prime Offeror shall designate a single Point of Contact (POC) responsible for collecting all required Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) from its team members and subcontractors. The POC will then submit the consolidated NDAs as a single, encrypted email package to the Contract Specialist, Jessica Meddick, at (on the official posting). The body of the submission email must clearly identify the full names of the individuals for whom NDAs are being submitted, specifying whether they are team members or subcontractors.
