The Government intends to negotiate solely with Rimage Corporation under the authority of FAR Overhaul 13.101(b) soliciting from a single source under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. The applicable NAICS code is 334118, PSC 7C21.This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation.
