Period of Performance: 360 Calendar Days Total. 120 Calendar Days after Notice to Proceed issuance for Design Phase. 210 Calendar Days after Notice to Procced issuance for Construction Phase. 30 Calendar Days for Contract Closeout procedures. Competition: This requirement is a 100% Small Business Concern Set Aside for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 237110. The Magnitude of this requirement in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul 36.204(g) is valued between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. ***A site visit is scheduled on Wednesday, 29 July 2026 / 09:00 A.M.
