The NIWC Atlantic and Naval Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDTE) enterprise consists of complex, technically advanced projects and innovations. This ultimately degrades mission readiness and erodes strategic overmatch.This Area of Interest (AOI) seeks a comprehensive solution that will demonstrate a shared understanding of risks, faster adoption of critical new capabilities, and opportunities for rapid and strategic collaboration.
