In order to obtain access to the attachment, the Offeror shall download, complete, and submit a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) (Attachment #11 NDA for CUI Attachment) for each individual requiring access to the non-public documents. To ensure a streamlined process, the Prime Offeror shall designate a single Point of Contact (POC) responsible for collecting all required Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) from its team members and subcontractors. The POC will then submit the consolidated NDAs as a single, package to the contract Specialist, Chelsea Bendt, at (on the official posting). The body of the submission email must clearly identify the solicitation number, full names of the individuals for whom NDAs are being submitted, specifying whether they are a team member or subcontractor. The deadline for receipt of all NDAs is 12:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time on 6 April 2026.
