Official description
Issued by Upper Macungie Township, Lehigh County. Upper Macungie Township, Lehigh County will receive sealed bids electronically via the PennBid Program for a project known as the Lifestyle Center Spray Irrigation Project. This work will include the furnish and installation of wet well, installation only of the spray irrigation system and controls with materials provided by the Township. Bids will be received until 9:00 AM (prevailing time) on Monday, October 12, 2026. Bid results will be made available on PennBid after Owner’s bid evaluation and review.
Copies of the Specifications/Bid Forms are available at no cost on PennBid (https://PennBid.bonfirehub.com).
Each bid must be accompanied by bid security made payable to the Upper Macungie Township in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price and in the form of a certified or bank check or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. This project is subject to minimum wage rates in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and the Public Works Employee Verification Act. Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in, and/or to reject, any or all bids. Project closes Oct 12, 2026 9:00 AM EDT.
