Issued by Susquehanna Area Regional Airport Authority, Franklin County. Susquehanna Area Regional Airport Authority (SARAA) is requesting proposals to provide Professional Engineering Services to Construct a General Aviation Terminal Building at Franklin County Regional Airport (N68) until 2:00 PM on October 13, 2026, at which time they shall be opened online and publicly posted via PennBid.
The scope of work includes providing all required engineering, design, bidding and award, and construction administration support services necessary to construct a General Aviation Terminal Building at Franklin County Regional Airport (FCRA), located in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, which is owned and operated by SARAA.
Copies of the Request for Proposals may be obtained on PennBid ( www.PennBid.net ) at no cost.
Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals, to waive any and all informalities and the right to reject all non-conforming, non-responsive or conditional proposals, in the Owners sole discretion. The Owner assumes no responsibility for proposals not received Project closes Oct 13, 2026 2:00 PM EDT.
