Issued by WSP Inc., Central PA. WSP USA, Inc. will receive sealed bids online via PennBid for from qualified Contractors until 12:00 noon, Friday, October 2, 2026, at which time they shall be opened online and publicly posted via PennBid. All documents and solicitation details are available at no cost on PennBid – www.PennBid.net.
Questions may be addressed online using PennBid’s “Clarifications” feature until 12:00 noon, September 25, 2026.
Bids will be reviewed 12:00 noon, Friday, October 2, 2026. WSP USA, Inc. will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder. WSP USA, Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all bids deemed not in conformance with the bid requirements or exceeds the budgeted project cost for MPT. Project closes Oct 02, 2026 12:00 PM EDT.
