Issued by North Wales Water Authority, Montgomery County. Sealed bids will be received online by North Wales Water Authority via PennBid until 10:00 A.M. prevailing time on Thursday, October 8, 2026, at which time they will be opened online and publicly posted via PennBid for:

GENERAL CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT #520-26-5 ELECTRICAL CONTRACT #520-26-6 MECHANICAL CONTRACT #520-26-7
The project consists of furnishing, construction and installation of a new Granular Activated Carbon adsorption/filtration system at two (2) existing well sites, both located in Upper Dublin Township, Montgomery County, PA. The work also includes the construction of filter building, chlorination equipment, underground and aboveground piping, valves and fittings, an underground concrete backwash holding tank, and various site improvements with electrical installations.

Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of North Wales Water Authority, or a Bid Bond in favor of North Wales Water Authority in the amount of 10% of the bid price. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
A Pre-bid Conference will be held at the North Wales Water Authority “Bucks County Operations Center”, 1553 Easton Rd, Warrington, PA 18976 on September 17, 2026 at 2:00 P.M.
No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days of the date of the bid opening.
The North Wales Water Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bidding informalities. Project closes Oct 08, 2026 10:00 AM EDT.
