Issued by Middletown Township, Delaware County. Sealed proposals will be received by Middletown Township electronically via PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com until 10:00 A.M. on the 28th day of September 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened with results displayed on PennBid for the provision of:
CONTRACT NO. AD 26-1 COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL OF SINGLE STREAM AND YARD WASTE RECYCLABLE MATERIALS Bids must be accompanied by a Certified, Bank Cashier's, or Treasurer's Check or Bid Bond with Corporate Surety satisfactory to the Township in an amount not less than 10% of the total bid presented on the bid sheet, and shall be valid and binding for a sixty (60) day period after the date of the opening of the bids. Proposal forms and Specifications may be obtained at no cost on PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com). Project closes Sep 28, 2026 10:00 AM EDT.
