Issued by Lititz Borough, Lancaster County. The Borough intends to renew and upgrade the HVAC controls serving the Police Department portions of the Borough offices at 7 and 9 South Broad Street. The existing system is a Trane Odyssey split system, consisting of indoor air-handling unit AHU-2 and rooftop condensing unit CU-2, installed in approximately 2020-2021. The air-handling unit and condensing unit will remain. The project is intended to correct temperature-control deficiencies, replace obsolete and inaccessible controls, improve maintainability, and provide a documented, programmable system for approximately sixteen (16) temperature-control zones, subject to field verification.
