KURFP-0296 Kutztown University Campus Facilities Master Plan 2026

Issued by Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, Berks County. This Request for Proposals (RFP) provides interested Offerors with sufficient information to prepare and submit proposals for consideration by Kutztown University to provide the development of a comprehensive Campus Facilities Master Plan Update to its 2013 Campus Facilities Master Plan.

This RFP is the re-issuing of KURFP-0295 found here: https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/opportunities/244090. No changes have been made to Section II: Post Award. The only change to Section III: Work Statement was to remove the SSHE Facilities Manual Volume VI-C link and reference Appendix C where the document may be found. Appendix C is Addendum #1 from this previous RFP and is applicable to this RFP. That Addendum does not need to be acknowledged as it is part of the RFP document itself. All previously submitted proposals for KURFP-0295 are still valid from a technical standpoint as the scope of work has not been modified. Proposals will still need to be submitted on this RFP page.

Interested offerors should not provide any pricing information for this RFP event until or unless they are contacted as outlined in Section V: Criteria for Selection, Section 8. Any pricing from offerors will not be scored. Price proposals previously submitted for KURFP-0295 Campus Facilities Master Plan 2026 are not binding or of any consideration for this RFP event.
